Lifesaving club honours members

Certificates of service and qualifications were awarded at Horsham Lifesaving Club's presentaion evening.

Guesta were Brian Donnelly, vice-chairman HDC, who was also the guest of honour, Tom Leighton, the newly appointed head of leisure and economic development at HDC, Doug Simmonds, Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS) Sussex Branch president 2009/2010, and John Stainer, manager of the GB Lifesaving Competition Team who is also an honorary life member of the club.
All shared in the presentation of lifesaving qualifications and certificates of service with Mr Simmonds presenting National Honours on behalf of the RLSS national body.
