Sussex Teams Championship
  1. The Championship shall be known as "The Gilbert Garforth Sussex Teams Life Saving Championship".
  2. Qualification for participation will be restricted to members of organisations affiliated to the Sussex Branch of the RLSS UK.
  3. Competitors must be holders of a minimum current Bronze Medallion.
  4. Each team to consist of 4 members (2 male and 2 female). Females may act as substitutes for males.
  5. The winners will be held responsible for returning the trophy in time for the next competition.
  6. All judges if possible are to be from the approved Sussex or SER List of officials.
  7. The "Gilbert Garforth Trophy" and medals will be presented to the winning team. Medals will be presented to the 2nd and 3rd placed teams.

Marking: Scoring will be in rank order i.e.
1st = 1 Point, 3rd = 3 points. Except in the Staged Incident which will be double rated.

Times for events 3a and 3b will be added together

Speed

Staged Incident: Unconscious not breathing casualties will have a red cross on their forehead. Casualties with no circulation will have a black mark on their forehead. Diagnosis will be required.
