Unfortunately due to personal family circumstances it has been a very quiet year for me in the Lifesaving world.

I have completed the moderation of 2 Pool Lifeguard Trainers Assessors and have taken another 3 under my wing. Also I have continued with Pool Lifeguard assessments, but not quite at the prolific rate of previous years!!

The planned road show of updates for Rookie and the current resuscitation guidelines has not yet materialised; but hopefully we can see this through later in the year.

I will be sad to hand over as President after 2 years but wish the new incumbent every success.
