Course Information
The National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches is an essential qualification for all teachers. It gives an introduction into the understanding of general procedures, safety, first aid, resuscitation and rescue techniques.
Requirements
Applicants must be 16 years of age at the start of the course. The participant must be physically fit, able to swim at least 100m continuously and to submerge to a depth of at least 1.5m.
