Medals awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each age group.
Competitors:
Juniors – Under the age of 16 years of age on the 1st January 2024.
Seniors – Over the age of 16 years of age on the 1st January 2024.
All pairs to consist of one female and one male.
Females may act as substitutes for males.
Be holders of a lifesaving award such as Bronze Lifesaving Certificate, Survive & Save Bronze Medallion or Rookie Silver.

Both members to participate, start wearing a Polo or T shirt and trousers. - 10/12 Metre Line Throw
One team member A to compete using the other team member as subject.
Juniors 10m throw
Seniors 12m throw
RLSS Line Throw: Casualty head up and no kicking - Swim and Tow 25m/25m Juniors, 50m/50m Seniors
The other team member B to compete using the line throw competitor as the subject. To start the Rescuer is wearing a T or Polo Shirt to use to Tow the casualty
Rules:
Events 2 and 3 as RLSS UK National Lifesaving Championships.
Casualties and Helpers:
Every club is to provide at least two casualties and one helper who are to arrive in time for the briefing.
These are to be named upon entry.
Cost:
£16 per pair
