This is the next competition for all lifesavers on the 16/10/2022.
There will be 4 events for every category.
All competitors will complete a Staged Incident (SERC).
Seniors will then complete a 25m swim and 25m tow with a full manikin, followed by a 2 x 50m Obstacle Relay and then a 12.5m Line throw.
Rookies will complete a 25m swim and 25m tow with a half filled manikin, followed by a 2 x 50m obstacle relay and then a 10m line throw.

If you are able to support this event by helping as a casualty, timekeeper, recorder or equipment officer, please register your availability via email to competitions@rlss-sussex.co.uk and wjstainer@yahoo.co.uk . Each club must provide at least two casualties and one helper in order for the competition to be able to run. Please include their names when registering.
