This is a large lifesaving championship for all levels and abilities in lifesaving on the 2nd of June 2023.
There are multiple categories: Junior Girls and Boys Pairs, Senior Girls and Boys Pairs, Individual Ladies and Men and Masters Individuals in age groups, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.
This will be in accordance with the National Lifesaving Championship Rules in the age groups as at 31 December 2023.
Any mixed pairs wishing to compete will have to compete in the male category.

This competition is being held on 2nd June 2023 at Crowborough Leisure Centre. Entries are £15 per pair and £7.50 for individuals.
